EXHIBITIONS

"LETS NOT GET POLITICAL" Febuary 17th, 2025 through Febuary 21st, 2025

My work has been exhibited in the Chicagoland 4x5 art show and received an Honorable Mention in the High School Mixed Media section in 2019. My piece was displayed at the 4x5 opening on November 6th, 2019. The Water Street Studio Gallery on December 13th, 2019. And the Illinois High School Art Exhibition on March 8th, 2019.

I was awarded an honorable mention for my work, HARD CANDY, at the 2024/2025 Carthage Annual Juried Art Show

I contributed an art historical presentation at the Visions Behind the Veil Opening Reception on Thursday, Jan 16, at H. F. Johnson Gallery of Art - Curator Leslie Brothers.

In 2019, I created an untitled watercolor piece aiming to capture relisting fabric silhouettes. And again in 2020, a digital print of mine named "KANSAS" depicting a farmhouse. Both were displayed at the Harper College High School Art Exhibition, allowing my work to reach a wider audience and engage with fellow artists within my school district at the time.

In the Spring of 2024, I participated in the Carthage Film Association film festival, in which my contemporary black and white film "Furthermore" won the

nano-cinema award, as well as my short film, "Rosecrance," which won the Compact Cinema award - best short film between one and five minutes.

EXPERIENCE

I work in the Athletics Communications office at Carthage, with an emphasis on the Wrestling team's social media.

At the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago, in conjunction with the 2025 Chicago Architecture Biennial, I contributed to the live event "Bad at Sports Live Tailgate" on November 01, 2025. hosted by B@S, an art collective and podcast. "Bad at Sports Live Tailgate" on November 01, 2025

For WCIU-TV, I was an assistant Camera Operator for the live broadcasting of the state series for Women's High School Basketball for the IHSA.

I have interned as a Graphic Designer, Filmmaker, and Photographer for Illinois Matmen, a wrestling sports media website covering all levels of wrestling, from kids to high school to college to international. I created a promotional hype video for their coverage of the Beat the Streets Chicago National Duals, which you can view Here. My photos also appear on their website Here.

For Moon Phases Beauty, a small luxury skincare company that produces whipped body butter and sugar scrubs, I created a logo redesign for their products.

I've worked with Werner Distribution, a Paper and Packaging company, creating their logo and vector art.

RESEARCH AND THESES

In the summer of 2024, I participated in the Summer Undergraduate Research Experience at Carthage College. In collaboration with Doctor Robin Holmes and my colleague Anna Polietaieva, we conducted art-historical and Contextual Research on Carthage’s Sam and Berry Shoen Collection of Soviet Art.
